Enquiries and follow-ups
When you submit this form, we store your name, email address, selected services and message in our private enquiry registry on Cloudflare, with the database restricted to the EU. Alex and Lucia use these details to respond and manage follow-ups. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your information. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Dashboard sign-in uses essential security cookies. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for spam. Technical information is sent to Cloudflare for this security check.
The registry also records a submission reference, timestamps and internal follow-up information. Providing your name, email address and message is necessary to submit the form and let us respond. You can contact us by email instead.
Storage and deletion
Enquiries remain in the registry until manually deleted. No automatic deletion period is currently configured. Deleting an enquiry removes it and its internal notes from the active registry; platform recovery backups follow Cloudflare’s retention window.
Website measurements
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed and page-loading performance without analytics cookies. We do not use advertising trackers. The private enquiry dashboard is excluded from these measurements.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and exercise rights to object and to data portability where applicable. Contact us by email to make a request.
You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
